Vacation Property Investors

The highest appreciating area in my “Vacation Hot Spot” list, was Park City, UT. Park City had a total appreciation of 317% since 1990.  Coming up very close in 2nd place was a surprise to me; Pine River, MN.  Haven’t heard to much about Pine River, but it has appreciated 317% since 1990.  Not to shabby..

I spoke to a homeowner that rents our her house in Green Valley. She says that her home is rented out for the next 2 years in advanced!  Not sure if I believe her or not.. but might be worth taking a look at this area regardless.

I spoke to Chris Hatter with Great Escape Properties.  He recommended Sandpoint, ID as a great place for a short-term rental investment.  A beautiful area primed for growth.
